Tony joined bhh Partners in 1981 as a Drafter
and quickly advanced within the firm to Project Manager,
Associate, and currently as a Principal Architect /
Shareholder. In 1991, he established a branch office in
his hometown of Perham to serve the growing design and
construction needs of Northwestern and Central
Minnesota.
Tony has over 29 years of experience in the construction
and architectural fields, from "hands on" construction
work, to project manager of multi-story
condominium/hotel structures. A thorough understanding
of building systems, combined with a creative design
sense, allows Tony to create dynamic, yet practical
architectural solutions. His experience in single
family, multi-family, commercial and municipal
rehabilitation and remodeling projects has presented a
number of roles under a variety of circumstances that
have resulted in a strong background of experience. |

Erin has over 10 years of experience working in the
architectural field from working as a Drafter, Project
Designer and Architect. While working towards her
Architectural License, Erin also received a Graduate
Certificate of Historic Preservation as well as LEED
Professional Credentials.
Erin has experience in a variety of projects ranging
from the design of small residential remodels to the
construction administration of complex multi-million
dollar homes and facilities. Erin's work ethic, coupled
with a familiar knowledge and understanding of
construction design, contribute to the overall expertise
she provides in her position with bhh Partners. |

Chad has over 12 years of combined experience with
bhh Partners joining the staff as a Cad Technician while
attending North Dakota State University for his
Architectural Degree and moving his way up to Job
Captain and Project Manager while also managing the
company's CAD system and assisting with office
management duties. Chad is very capable with
multi-tasking and interpersonal relations. Chad excels
at running multiple projects while keeping all parties
up to date and informed during the process while
maintaining deadlines.
With experience ranging from designing small business
remodels to coordinating state of the art health care
facilities, paired with his prior experience in the
Landscaping and Excavation field, Chad brings a vast and
well-rounded knowledge and experience to the company in
order to effectively design and manage a project from
the initial thought to the final completion

Matt has over 14 years of experience as a Job Captain
and Project Manager. A very detail-oriented person, he
excels at creating details and construction documents
that address the needs of the Owner and Contractor.
Matt has experience in a variety of projects ranging
from small residential remodels to the construction
administration of complex multi-million dollar
facilities. Matt’s work ethic coupled with an intimate
knowledge and understanding of construction, in addition
to his “hands on” work capability, contribute to the
overall expertise he provides in his position with bhh
Partners. |

Bill has 22 years of experience as a Job Captain and
Project Manager. His construction experience and
attention to detail allows him to work closely with
Owners and Contractors throughout the entire
construction process. Bill has a proven ability to
communicate with Contractors and Clients; keeping
projects on-schedule and under budget.
Bill has a variety of experience in various projects
ranging from churches and funeral homes to office
buildings, retail facilities and dental clinics. |
