  Construction has begun on Columbia Lode Townhomes, located where the old Breckenridge Building Center was, on the corner of North Main Street and North French Street in Breckenridge. The site plan shows the layout of the townhomes along Luisa Drive. Initially townhome #9 (2 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bath, 1564 square feet plus 542 square foot garage) and townhome #10 (3 Bedroom, Den 3 ½ Bath, 2021 square feet, plus 592 square foot garage) are being constructed. These initial buildings will be situated on the far north end of the site.  The Shane residence is located in Carbondale, Colorado in the River Valley Ranch Subdivision between Glenwood Springs and Aspen. Situated on a lot on the River Valley Ranch Golf Course, this 4800 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, a 3-car garage and an exterior featuring wood and stone accents. Construction on this beautiful home with a modern design and contemporary finishes is scheduled to begin in June 2012 |
 The Roca residence is a spec home located in the Discovery Hill Subdivision, a part of the beautiful Breckenridge Highlands by the Breckenridge Golf Course. This unique home, with its mountain contemporary design, is well into the construction phase and projected to be completed in the fall of 2012.  The Haney Building is located at 117 South Main Street in Breckenridge. It is an addition to the old Sportstalker building and fits in an 18 foot wide lot between Peek A Boo Toys and Billibongs. The building totals 2923 square feet with 1598 square feet on the ground floor as a commercial use with entrances off Main Street and off the alley to the west. The upper level will have a studio apartment on the west side and 721 square feet of office space to the east overlooking Main Street. The building has a stone base and contemporary steel detailing.  bhh Partners Planners and Architects has been selected to work with the Ski and Racket Club Homeowners Association to give the 70’s style property an exterior renovation. The work has just begun this spring with DeVigne Developing providing general contractor services. |
